R&D Team Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.The work model for the role is hybrid #LinkedinThis role is contributing to the PAEN team You will be mainly accountable for:•Develop high-quality software architecture and design• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code• Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting• Review and debug code• Lead and supervise other team members• Document software programs with necessary flow charts and depiction so as ensure the maintenance.• Perform validation and verification testing• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products• Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies• Managing the budgets and timelines of projects• Support the project and product management to deliver the objectives on time, quality and efficiency

Qualifications for the role

B.E / B.Tech / MCA with 60% and above Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (preferably 5-8 years) Proven experience in C#, .Net Core, ASP. Net Web API, Web Sockets, Angular, SQL server Proven experience in Azure DevOps GIT Proven experience in SQL Server. Experience in developing web and desktop applications Experience with multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) Proven record of automating day to day development tasks.
