Responsibilities The Opportunity This role will assist the Specifications Management teams to ensure exceptional service is provided in support of R&D Spec Management globally. This role will apply technical expertise and coordinate with R&D function to develop clear and concise Ingredient specifications, maintain existing specs and supplier relationships, and manage tracking and uploading into relevant systems. Your Impact As Specification Management Analyst your responsibilities would consist of: Provide documentation support to R&D and support the expanding global market distribution of PepsiCo Foods products regarding regulatory affairs for the USA an Canada. Enabling compliance assessments for all US Foods export projects by Collecting data from raw material suppliers beyond what is currently collected in ISSQs for North America. Maintaining allergen changeover matrices for all R&D Foods, internally owned manufacturing sites, which are included as part of the specification package published to the site for all new formulas. Document allergen and claim assessments in existing allergen changeover documents (excel) for all new formulas (innovation and renovation) to support production scheduling and mitigate cross-contact risks at company owned plants. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemical Engineering or Chemical Engineering or equivalent relevant experience required. Fluent in English is REQUIRED 1 year of experience in any R&D related field.
