This position is a comprehensive 12-week learning experience in Performance Coatings Group R&D.  The Summer Intern is accountable for providing timely and accurate solutions to multiple-company problems of moderate complexity. Primary responsibilities include leading & supporting new product development projects across a wide range of market segments. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the P&M technical team to support projects in the areas of color development, quality support for current product lines, continuous improvement initiatives, technology transfers, and raw material support. All hires must go through a background check before the start of employment.
