This includes production test runs, testing material performance, maintenance of data and samples, and more. Highlights of your role Perform analytical testing, data collection, and analysis with accuracy and precision, including preparing chemicals and test set-ups per laboratory proceduresEnsure compliance with established R&D practices, including record-keeping, lab consumables inventory, housekeeping, and chemical storage in line with safety guidelinesSupport trial activities, including preparation, set-up, documentation, sample management, and testingMaintain R&D instruments and equipment, coordinate calibrations, and provide training as neededAssist in creating or revising procedures for test instruments, equipment, and processes, and support short-term projects and continuous improvement effortsPromote effective communication with team members and collaborators across the organizationSchedule: Monday- Friday , on-site
