A Sample lab Technician responsibilities include the mixing of raw materials to create finished products according to the batch sheets. He/She is also responsible for weighing the correct chemicals and sampling finished product for Sample Requests. Has the ability to Package Samples according to company shipping practices.

What will you do? Cleaning all equipment and Lab areas as needed. Makes sure all chemicals returned to inventory have weights and are cleaned. Obtains and understands all documentation for batching products. Ensures all chemicals returned to inventory has the correct quantity and information on the chemicals. Completes all paperwork and batch documentation in a timely manner. Verifies raw chemical usage on each batch record are added correctly with correct volumes or weights. Follows batch procedures for compounding. Observes and follows safety procedures and SOP's set by the company. Refers all issues to the lead/supervisor. Weighs up chemicals for batching. What will you need to be successful? 1-3 years' experience in chemical/flavor compounding or closely related field. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Must be able to read and comprehend written and oral instructions including safety rules, operating procedures, batch recipes and material identification. Must have mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide as well as making the necessary conversions. Able to handle up to 50 lb bags. Able to walk and stand for long periods of time. Must have basic computer skills Displays good troubleshooting skills. Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $41,000 to $59,286 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements.
