Job Description

We are seeking a skilled R&D Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform tests on components according to the test plans provided by R&D engineers. You will also follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while conducting lab tests and assist with the development of new products, particularly refrigerant devices. Additionally, you will conduct tests to identify product defects and ensure they meet strength and durability standards. Your work will also involve setting up and executing test plans, performing root cause analysis on product deficiencies, and supporting various cost, quality, and supply projects.

This position operates within an R&D lab environment. You will work with various technologies and equipment pertinent to research and development, ensuring adherence to SOPs and maintaining a focus on quality and safety standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00
