R&D Training Manager
Join Our Team as a Training Compliance Manager!

We are seeking a dynamic Training Compliance Manager to ensure our team is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel. What You'll Do:Ensure Excellence: Maintain compliance with corporate policies and procedures, and support the onboarding and offboarding of personnel.Collaborate and Assess: Work with QA Compliance, Testing Facility Management (TFM), and site leadership to assess training needs and ensure training is tailored to each learner's job description and responsibilities.Manage LMS: Oversee Sarepta’s GxP Training Learning Management System (LMS), including Veeva Training Vault & Learn GxP content, to ensure continued compliance.Revamp and Innovate: Partner with training management to update training roles and curricula, making sure they are scalable and sustainable for future growth.Daily Support: Provide daily support to personnel, review new/revised documentation, and ensure smooth operations.Design Custom Training: Create and manage custom training materials, including eLearning SCORM courses and microlearning videos, in collaboration with functional SMEs.Annual Reviews: Conduct annual curricula reviews with GTCOE functional management and keep job descriptions and CV documentation up to date.Drive Performance: Ensure on-time training completion across GTCOE functional teams to meet KPI targets.Support Audits: Provide training support during audits and regulatory inspections.What We're Looking For:Education: BS Degree in Science (Biology, Molecular, Chemistry, etc.).Experience: Minimum of 8 years of training management experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry; R&D and GLP (21 CFR Part 58) training knowledge is a plus.Skills: Proficiency in administering an electronic training LMS, with experience in Veeva Training Vault preferred.Attributes: Strong team player with excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to multi-task, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.Why Join Us?Impactful Role: Play a crucial role in ensuring our team is well-trained and compliant, directly contributing to our success.Growth Opportunities: Be part of a company that values professional development and offers opportunities for growth.Collaborative Environment: Work with a supportive and dynamic team in a fast-moving industry.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
