**Job Overview**
Weatherford is seeking an experienced and driven R&M Workshop Supervisor to lead our repair and maintenance operations in the Oil & Energy industry. This pivotal role will be responsible for implementing and executing Weatherford's global repair and maintenance strategy for service assets and tooling. The successful candidate will drive harmonization of execution processes, inventory management, and asset utilization, identifying opportunities for multi-skilling activities to deliver a cost-efficient and contemporary repair and maintenance system that forms part of our single delivery model for global oilfield services operations.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the repair and maintenance operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
+ Manage inventory levels and asset utilization to optimize resources and minimize costs.
+ Identify opportunities for multi-skilling activities to enhance workforce capabilities and flexibility.
+ Implement and execute Weatherford's global repair and maintenance strategy for service assets and tooling.
+ Drive harmonization of execution processes across the organization.

+ Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; effective communicator of commercial strategy and operational execution.
+ Demonstrated resilience, persistence, and creative passion in building trust with all stakeholders, particularly when driving change – processes and people.
+ Understanding of driving change in an effective manner.
+ Ability to operate successfully within a matrix management environment.
**Qualifications** :
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant oilfield or business discipline is required.
+ 15+ years of operational, functional, or country management experience in the oilfield or related industry.
+ 5+ years in leadership positions, demonstrating expertise in leading teams and driving strategic initiatives.
+ Proven experience in RSS, MWD, LWD repair and maintenance is highly desirable.
