R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor
\n\nAs an R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor here at Honeywell Colonial Heights, your primary responsibility is to oversee and lead the maintenance team to lead and execute maintenance excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is maintained in compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and the manufacturer's recommendations. Your role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring safe operations for the staff, scheduling maintenance tasks, tracking equipment maintenance records, and ensuring the overall reliability and efficiency of the equipment.
\nYou will report directly to our Maintenance Manager, and you'll work out of our Colonial Heights, VA location on a 100% on-site work schedule.
\nIn this role, you will impact the success and sustainability of Honeywell Colonial Heights by strategically managing the maintenance and repair operations. Your expertise in equipment maintenance and your ability to lead a team of technicians will ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Your focus on regulatory compliance and safety will be a cornerstone of our operations, ensuring that our equipment is reliable and meets industry standards. Your ability to schedule maintenance tasks strategically will minimize downtime, allowing us to maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
\n\n \nEnforce compliance for ALL Honeywell safety protocols.
\n \n \nOversee and manage all aspects of equipment maintenance operations
\n \n \nDevelop and implement maintenance programs and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
\n \n \nManage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure efficient allocation of resources
\n \n \nMonitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
\n \n \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance activities
\n \n\nU.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS\nDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE
\n\n \n6+ years of experience in maintenance management
\n \n \nAbility to drive accountability
\n \n \nStrong knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
\n \n \nExcellent leadership and communication skills
\n \n \nProven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
