The Lake Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Racquet Sports Maintenance Technician. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepares the tennis courts and the surrounding area for play in the mornings.
2. Responsible for inspecting all courts and for pro shop opening procedures, maintenance, repair, and grooming.
3. Responsible for scrubbing, line and debris removal, cleaning, drying and general upkeep such as rolling and brushing of clay courts.
4. Cleans court drainage gutters, drains, and irrigation filters.
5. Keeps algae and moss from forming through chemical and manual agitation.
6. Responsible for daily upkeep duties such as repair to the courts, drying tables and benches, replacing ice and water.
7. Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within operation of the Tennis and Pickleball courts.
8. Maintains cleanliness and appearance of areas of the facility.
9. Empties trash from court and facility receptacles.
10. Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:
1. High School diploma or GED.
2. Able to work in hot and humid conditions throughout the day.
3. Experience with tennis clay court maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train the right individual.
4. Regular and reliable attendance.

Schedule: 6-8 hour shifts alternating days of the week (weekdays & weekends)
Pay: $15.00 - $15.50 / hour
