The National at Ave Maria is looking for a part time associate in the racquets sport pro shop. We are searching for a friendly, energetic and highly motivated individual that has costumer service experience. Tennis and or Pickleball knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding pro-shop services, memberships, and events. Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling
procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and retail area. Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise. Provide information on tennis and pickleball programs, lessons, and schedules. Support pro-shop staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Customer service experience preferred. Basic knowledge of tennis and pickleball preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
