Rad Tech/Lab Clinic-Elm Springs-Full Time

Key responsibilities of this role include: + Drawing blood and collecting specimens from patients of all ages + Processing and performing some tests on site, using proper methodology. + Guiding patients through the lab and imaging process safely and comfortably + Arranging patients for radiological examinations + Producing radiographs (x-rays) to aid in the diagnosis of medical problems + Preventing patients from being exposed to unnecessary radiation + Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job + Willingness to cross-train in all areas of the clinic, learn phlebotomy and lab + Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program + Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures with 0-2 years of experience + Work under immediate supervision + A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required + Reports to practice manager + Arkansas state license required in radiography + ARRT Certification preferred Previous experience in lab and x-ray preferred.
