Radiant/Cupid Implementation Manager
CTG is seeking a highly experienced Radiant/Cupid Implementation Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role where the ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Epic implementations to lead the delivery of Radiant and Cupid solutions. Location: Remote (with 25% travel, approximately one week per month) Experience Level: 8-10 years Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and installation of Epic Radiant and Cupid systems, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Act as a Project Manager, defining project scope, creating project structure, and managing timelines and deliverables. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Bring expert-level knowledge of Radiant (a major focus) and Cupid, leveraging prior experience in both systems. Work closely with teams to ensure proper understanding of system build and functionality, specifically focusing on intervention radiology and mammography. Assist in creating an effective implementation strategy, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Support some build work where necessary, though project management and leadership will be the primary focus. Maintain a strong understanding of system functionality, build requirements, and effective deployment practices. Key Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in Epic implementations, with a focus on Radiant and Cupid systems. Proven track record in managing and executing Epic system installs and implementations. In-depth knowledge of intervention radiology and mammography. Demonstrated expertise as an Epic implementor, AS, TM, or TS, with hands-on experience in both system build and project management. Strong leadership skills, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and driving team success. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders. Must have previous Cupid implementation experience, ideally within the last 2 years. Ability to travel 25% of the time (approximately one week per month). Additional Requirements: Experience with "old school" build and banking preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90.00/hour to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
