Make an Impact! The work you do as a Radiation Therapist makes a tremendous impact for our patients! As a Radiation Therapist, you will provide appropriate care for all patient populations, adolescent adults and geriatrics, and perform radiation treatment as prescribed by the radiation oncology physician. You will also recognize patient conditions for successful completion of their treatment, build a rapport with patients, understand the function and utilization of equipment, and detect equipment malfunction.

Position: Radiation Therapist
Shift: Day shift (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday -7AM to 3:30PM

Experience:

Prefer 2 plus years experience as a Radiation Therapist.

Education:
1. Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Technology Program.
2. Certification (or eligible) in good standing in Radiation Therapy Technology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
3. Certification within one year of graduation required.

Licensures/Certifications:
1) Must maintain personal record of continuing education credits earned as required by The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
2) BLS Certification by American Heart Association preferred upon hire, required in timeframe specified in CPR (BLS)/ALS/PALS Policy
