Summary

Position Highlights:

Will perform patient treatments, machine warm ups, calculations, simulations and radiation safety. Will perform treatments on varying age levels.

The Ideal Candidate:

Will be Registered in the state of Florida. Has previous Radiation Therapy experience.

Responsibilities:

Uses the information provided by simulation, dosimetry and Radiation Oncologists to consistently and accurately set up patients for daily treatments. Be aware of radiation safety policies as they relate to the operation of the equipment and protection of the patient.

Credentials and Qualifications:

Graduate of an AMA accredited Radiation Therapy Program or equivalent is required.   Registered by the state of Florida required. ARRT certification BLS certification Clear verbal and written communication skills required. Seek to improve skills by attending continuing education programs and seminars.
