Radiation Therapist - Radiology Oncology

Coordinates, prepares and administers radiation therapy treatments and simulation procedures to infants, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist. Applies appropriate radiation safety, practices, performs quality assurance procedures, and clear and concise documentation. Assumes complete responsibility and accountability with little supervision required.  Collaborates with others and seeks direction from supervisor or others as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Texas General Medical Radiologic Technologist License upon hire -OR- National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.

Preferred Qualification:

1 year Experience in a fast-paced Radiation Oncology department.
