**POSITION SUMMARY** Responsible for preparing RF sealable material; Producing RF welded complex parts and subassemblies; Work in team and individual setting; Ensure quality; Handle other duties as assigned. **PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** + Responsible for preparing RF sealable material and loading materials in the associated tooling for an RF welding machine and completing the required material weld. Operate in teams with another RF Machine Operator to complete the RF welding of parts required in the manufacture of company products. May be assigned to operate RF welding machine without a second operator; complete full process, including but not limited to weld valves, inserts and elbows. Handle parts with more complexity; may be equipped with turntables or shuttles; individually perform small seam welding. + Responsible for maintaining company standards for product quality and RF sealing production. Report any defective material to superiors as necessary. + Accomplish company and organizational mission by contributing to team effort and handling other duties as assigned assisting in the overall success of the company. **QUALIFICATIONS** + Ability to read diagrams and manuals + Working knowledge of diverse machinery and measurement tools. + Understanding of production procedures + Manual dexterity required for operating machinery + Ability to adhere to health and safety regulations; constant use of protective gear + Attention to detail + Established teamwork and communication skills + Ability to work independently as well as a team environment + Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs + Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time during shift **KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES** High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years relevant experience required **DISCLAIMER** This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee in this position.
