About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Radio Integration Engineer, who:
•    will be responsible for the implementation of RAN & Transport solutions as per the MOP/solution document.
•    should understand technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. 
•    will be responsible for on-time delivery with optimized resources and working closely with the Project team.
•    will support the Integration Lead to deliver the project as per agreed deliverables.

 

What you will do
•    Work with remote teams, including coaching, mentoring, and internal support activities.
•    Be able to understand solution offerings & provide the required support for implementation on the ground.
•    Work with internal teams on a list of potential activities and solutions.
•    Experience from technical job roles is required, e.g., experience as an Integration Engineer with hands-on experience on Ericsson Products (Baseband/BSC/Transport Equipment).
•    Be able to create MOPs for different activities as per the solution document. 
•    Participate in technical presentations and share learnings with team members.
•    Support the deployment of solutions.
•    Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.
•    Hands-On and troubleshooting activities during project rollouts, installation, configuration, integration, and testing.


The skills you will bring
•    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunication/ Computer Networking or a related field.
•    Business level of English.
•    Minimum years of experience: 5.
•    Domain experience: Area of expertise – technology integration, and scripting for RAN.
•    Deep technical knowledge in RAN (the needed skills to be capable of finding solutions to solve issues in 2G,3G,4G & 5G Radio network).
•    Broad technical acumen.
•    Problem solving ability.
