**Job Title: X-ray Helper**
**Job Description**
+ As an X-ray Helper, you will set up, organize, and perform all jobs independently in the X-ray department. This position involves training and assisting other department employees and performing various duties as assigned.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist as needed in the X-ray department.
+ Plan work, tools, and materials for the job, and perform tasks according to work order, drawing specifications, and work instructions without assistance.
+ Identify and visually inspect parts.
+ Stage parts for processing.
+ Identify damaged or problematic parts and take corrective action.
+ Organize workflow and check the product quality.
+ Use the correct tools for the job.
+ Train other department employees.
**Essential Skills**
+ Strong math skills for making calculations on timing of production cycles.
+ Experience in radiography, industrial production, and quality control.
+ Attention to detail.
+ Skills in shipping, routing, and material handling.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Strong organizational skills.

**Work Environment**
+ You will work in a facility that manufactures large, complex structural investment castings, airfoil castings, and forged components for aircraft engines and industrial gas turbines. **Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $26.33 - $26.33
