Radiologic Technologist / Medical Assistant Position Summary
The Rad Tech/Medical Assistant (RT/MA) performs radiographic procedures at a level of competence not requiring constant supervision to technical detail. The RT/MA assumes responsibility for designated areas, procedures and patients as assigned. The RT/MA will function in the Immediate Care Setting as both an RT and an MA, assisting providers with rooming patients and taking vitals, etc., as needed.
Radiologic Technologist / Medical Assistant Position Requirements
Education
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(R). Must maintain Delaware State Certification to practice Radiologic Technology in the state of Delaware, and must follow all regulations as per those regulations. AHA BLS CPR certification required.Experience
