Responsibilities Responsible for operating all routine radiographic equipment safely and proficiently Produce high-quality radiographs with a minimum of repeats Handle multiple room assignments and different types of exams on a daily basis Demonstrate knowledge of contrast media injections and reactions Oversee duties assigned to student radiographers Handle telephone scheduling procedures and operate the PACS computer system Qualifications Job Requirements: Graduate of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology training program in a school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the AMA. Registered or registry eligible with the ARRT If registry eligible upon hire, you must become registered within one year of employment Basic Life Support certification Preferred Job Requirements: Previous X-Ray Tech experience
