The X-ray Technologist functions independently based on the boundaries of professional practice in performing all major work responsibilities. The Technologist provides services to patients and physicians through the creation of high-quality diagnostic imaging, provides quality age-appropriate patient care according to established standards of practice, and works collaboratively with all members of the health care team. The technologist is responsible for performing the responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements (ARRT). X-ray shifts will include Fluoro exams, c-arm cases in surgery, DEXA exams, ED/inpatients, Med/Surg/ICU and rotating to the Specialty Care Clinic for Imaging. **Schedule** **:** This is a .6FTE (48hours per 2 week pay period) position. This shift pattern is primarily a day/evening 8 hour shift with rotating 12 hour day weekend shifts. Currently the weekend rotation is every 5th weekend.
