A Brief Overview:
The Radiologic Technologist Lead is a leadership role responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the radiologic technologist team. This includes overseeing daily operations, performing radiologic procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety.

What you will do:

Ability to perform all mandatory QA on equipment. Has the ability to perform all necessary calibrations of the treatment units. Able to trouble shoot machine issues as necessary.  Able to train staff on use of the equipment.Able to obtain high quality examinations for all procedure types in the modality.  Able to train all staff and ensure their competency in performing all procedures. Under the direction of the Manager the lead will assist in the interview/hiring process.  Provides input and assist in giving performance reviews.  Provides employee recognitions for staff as well as coaching when necessary.  Assists manager with staff performance issues. Ensure compliance with the standards and requirements of all federal, state and local regulatory agencies that impact the operation of the Hospitals

What you will need:

Associates Degree Radiologic Technology Required5+ Years experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, with demonstrated leadership skills required.ARRT - Radiography (R) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) RequiredRadiologic Technologist - Radiography - State of Illinois IEMA (IEMA) RequiredAHA Heartsaver CPR - American Heart Association (AHA) Required
