Radiologic Technologist-Part time
As a Radiologic Technologist, you are responsible for getting clear imaging results, which requires proper use of the equipment and keeping patients calm and informed throughout the x-ray procedure. You must comply with the safety regulations involving the use of radiation to protect yourself, patients, and other staff members from over-exposure to radiation. Responsibilities Include: + Travel to various healthcare facilities in the area, operating company owned vehicles + Perform diagnostic and radiographic exams using portable x-ray equipment + Review images to ensure quality + Perform electrocardiograms using portable ECG equipment + Gather and complete appropriate paperwork + Adheres to policies and procedures for daily operations. + Monitor equipment performance and takes the appropriate measures to have problems resolved + Review and ensure exams are high quality and available for interpretation in a timely fashion. + Consistently demonstrate effective communication, both written and verbal, with all technologists, staff and management teams + Performs all duties as assigned or required to ensure efficiency and provide quality patient care.
