Radiology Supervisor

Directs and coordinates the daily activities of assigned department including budget, personnel, patient care, and regulatory compliance. Acts as a liaison between their assigned department and the referring physician’s offices. May work with neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. In Cardiology Services, the Nuclear Medicine supervisor serves adult and geriatric patients.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:

 

Nuclear Medicine –

Graduate of accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program Certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board, OR Registration as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist by the American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT) Three years of clinical experience US – Graduate of an accredited Ultrasonography program Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) Three years of clinical experience IR, CT, BCC , Diagnostic, MR- Graduate of accredited Radiologic Technology Program Registration as a Radiologic Technologist by the AART Three Years of clinical experience in area supervising Certified in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
