In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Radiology Technician Aide works under the supervision of the technologists, to assist in the performance of patient procedures, performs a variety of technical and non-technical tasks and direct patient care activities requiring independent judgment and initiative.

Responsibilities   

Performs all film file room and clerical support functions associated with the release of imaging studies to physician offices and other facilities for continuity of care.Ensures an environment of patient safety, promotes evidence-based practice and quality initiatives and exhibits professionalism

Requirements/Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
