Performs various imaging procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Conducts patient education as necessary. Administers contrast agents according to site-specific protocols. If fails examination, must sit again within 90 days from date of last test. Rad Tech II: BLS within 30 days from date of hire ARRT(R) or equivalent certification, plus demonstrated competencies in another modality such as CT.
