Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Radiology Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will adjust equipment for proper radiographic exposure techniques in accordance with radiation safety guidelines (ALARA). They will position patients for anatomical views using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary, accurately process images for optimal quality, and demonstrate knowledge of using the digitizer for x-ray interpretation. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 4:30 pm, with flexibility based on candidate availability. The main location is in Overland Park off College Boulevard, but the position requires floating to other buildings within Overland Park and potentially to satellite offices in Lee's Summit. Mileage compensation is provided for travel to locations other than the main address. The work environment is laid-back and supportive, encouraging initiative and reliability.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr.
