Astria Health is seeking a Radiology Technologist to join our team! This position will be Per Diem position with variable shifts.

 

What you get to do every day!

 

As the Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic x-ray, including Computed Tomography and/or Mammography procedures, in accordance with physicians’ orders and established hospital/clinic procedure.  You will: 

 

Prepares procedures for interpretation by obtaining correct patient histories.Prepares patient chart.Processes the radiographs/images.Calibrate and maintain radiology equipment.Follow correct techniques and procedures such as patient shielding.Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.

What you bring to the role:

 

Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist curriculum Current Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification Current certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (AART) in Radiology. ARRT registry eligible for Computed Tomography and /or Mammography (registry will be obtained within six months of hire). Basic Life Support certification. Oral and written fluency in the English language.
