Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities:

Performs x-rays ordered by the Provider to help diagnose a variety of medical problemsCommunicates effectively with patients to gain their understanding and cooperation with radiographic testingReview patient x-rays to insure accurate diagnostic image qualityPractices radiation safety precautions to protect patients and staff Maintains radiology equipment by performing scheduled cleaningsRadiologic Technologists assists providers with examinations, procedures, and treatmentsProvide x-ray coverage and support in multiple locations traveling to locations in their designated area groupings to take x-rays as orderedThe RT will utilize Microsoft Teams to communicate with the centers Providers and Clinical Support Team Members.

Radiologic Technologists Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program is requiredState licensure in Radiography is requiredDependable, able to multitask, and an overall team playerStrong and effective communicator that is clear, professional, and positiveAble to interact and treat all persons with respect, sensitivity, and fairness to cultural and social differencesCOVID Vaccination REQUIRED
