We blend high-tech with high touch in ways that are advancing superior health care throughout the communities we serve. **Facility:** St. Joseph's Hospital South - BayCare Health System, Diagnostic Imaging-SJS **Location:** **Riverview, FL** **Status:** **Pool** **Exempt** **: No** **Shift Hours:** **Shift 4, Varies** **Weekend Work:** **Occasional** **On Call:** **Yes** **Radiology Technologist** Responsibilities: • Performs diagnostic radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures. • May perform minor invasive procedures and support operating room and emergency department diagnostic imaging services. • Responsible for all duties related to imaging patient care, RIS data management, file room, general clerical, physician assistance, patient transportation. • Must have customer service and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrates time management, critical thinking, written, and verbal skills. • Possesses computer skills appropriate to the position. • Preferred 1 year experience in CT Technologist, Electrocardiogram and/or MRI **Requirements:** • BLS (Basic Life Support) • ARRT (Radiologic Technologists) - Registry Eligible; OR – ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) - within 6 months • Radiology – State of Florida • Technical Diploma (Radiology) OR Associates Degree – Radiology BayCare Health System is a leading not for profit organization in the Tampa Bay area that has been recognized as a top place to work.
