We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Rail Car Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities + Maintain and manage rail car inventory and product inventory accurately. + Utilize computer systems, including Excel and a tablet, for data entry and inventory tracking. + Perform physical inspections and maintenance tasks on rail cars, which involves climbing and working at heights. + Work outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the day. + Ensure all tasks are completed with a high level of attention to detail to maintain safety and operational efficiency. Qualifications: + Proficiency in using Excel and tablet-based applications. + Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods. + Physical fitness to climb and work on rail cars. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
