**Job Description**
U.S. Bank is seeking a **Raised Floor Planning Analyst** to work on **Night Shift** at our Dublin Data Centre at City West.
The role includes planning and overseeing the implementation of Raised Floor hardware changes at night, Monday nights through to Thursday nights, four night shifts per week. Flexibility will be needed at times, when the rare switch to day shift for a week or two may become necessary.
Work to our SOPs to ensure standards have been met. Produces daily night-work reports in the morning, detailing progress made at night. Updates records of IT hardware to reflect environment changes.
**Basic Qualifications**
+ Associate's degree or equivalent work experience, OR
+ Technical or vocational certification
+ At least 2 years experience within a total information technology (IT) environment.
+ At least 2 years experience with installing, relocating, and maintaining computing hardware, such as monitors, small CPU's, and printers.
**Preferred Skills/Experience**
Basic understanding in:
+ Computer operations
+ Computer facilities management
+ Computer Networks
**Working experience in:**
+ Hardware infrastructure
+ IT environment
+ IT systems management
+ Data center administration
Some short notice Out-Of-Hours work may be required, albeit this is rare, but at times a necessary requirement when working in a Production Data Centre.
This position is for an on-site role based in or City West Data Centre (Night Shift)
