Job Title: RAM - Customer ServiceJob Description We are seeking 15 customer service associates to support the Retail Asset Management department. The role involves processing client transactions, which vary depending on the time of year. Tasks include both Core and Complex Processing. Core Processing involves address/profile updates, uploading various agreements, and R+D calculations. Complex Processing involves financial beneficiary movements, setting up new accounts, and managing complex asset allocations. The position requires extensive reading and understanding of written documents, with minimal phone work (approximately 10%). Associates will navigate multiple systems daily, handling 200-300 accounts, processing tasks from phone, web, and paper sources. The average workload is 350-400 activities per month. Essential Skills + Strong Analytical/Data Entry Skills + At least 1 year of Data Entry/Administrative Experience + Strong written/verbal communication skills Additional Responsibilities + Reviews transaction requests and authorizations, processes transactions, and ensures timely and accurate reconciliation. + Tracks responses to client inquiries to develop guides for swift resolution of recurring issues. + Improves business processes, transaction timing and quality, and client support levels. + Learns and understands business processes and service requirements. + Communicates with clients verbally or in writing. Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Owings Mills, Maryland. Work Environment Working in a call center environment on a team of 15 within a 100-person department. Shift is Monday to Friday, 8am-4:45pm, with possible Sunday overtime (4 hours).
