Responsibilities Job Summary: Ramp Service Agents are essential in providing our guests "MORE GO"! It is a huge responsibility and takes a coordinated effort from the whole team to accomplish this. Our Ramp Service Agents perform many tasks to keep our under-wing operations running safely, efficiently and on-time. Pay Rate: Starting at $16.48/hr Load and unload of baggage, cargo, freight, and company materials on and off aircraft Transport items between terminals, aircraft and the bag room using belt-loaders, tugs, carts and other vehicles/equipment Marshal aircraft which requires working closely with other personnel to ensure there is a safe path for the aircraft, jetbridge, vehicles, equipment, and employees May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (e.g., emergencies change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments). Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Certification required Able to routinely lift at least 100 pounds on a regular basis Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license Must be a U.S Citizen, Permanent Resident or have authorization to work in the U.S under most category, except category C08,C09 and C11 Able to clear a 5-year background check and pass a pre-employment drug screening Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays, weekends, days off, and be able to report to work on a regular and timely basis Requires flexibility to work additional hours beyond the regular shift, on short notice, and as needed due to operational necessity Must be able to perform all duties in various weather conditions and time constraints Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language Previous airlines/ramp experience a plus Able to commit to full time hours for 4 weeks for the Ramp Service Training Program We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits to our team members including dental,vision, life insurance, 401(k) , travel benefits and much more.
