Kforce has a client that is seeking a Ratings Coordinator in Naperville, IL. Key Tasks: * The work is received into a shared email address; From there it gets logged into a scorecard so we can track the progress * Each person is assigned a list of customers, but this person is going to be helping everyone as needed * The work received is usually in Excel format or PDF; It needs to be analyzed to determine the best approach * We try to enforce the Excel format but it's not always possible; This makes it much easier to manipulate the data into a template we use to import into our rate engine * Our goal is to complete a given update with 3 business days of receipt * Once work is completed, it needs to be tested to make sure the results are correct
