At PepsiCo, what makes you unique, makes us better! Responsibilities Responsible of all stock matters such as inventory control regarding carton cases, seasonings, films e.t.c. Accountable for the proper allocation of materials inside the warehouse. Be in charge of production provision and returns of not consumed materials back to the warehouse. Responsible for the accuracy of physical stock counts in all the warehouses that Raw materials are maintained Organising warehouse operations and dealing with personnel matters. Tasks include daily shifts fix, hiring new employees, annual individual ratings for all warehouse employees, vacation planning etc. Responsible to maintain professional balances between employees and motivating them to operate efficiently. In charge of all plant warehouse equipment matters. More specifically, maintaining functionality of storage racks, forklifts, ramps and industrial doors. Responsible for the hygiene standards in the interior and exterior of the RM warehouse. This is accomplished by implementing a weekly cleaning schedule. Hygiene practices applied reflect to satisfying AIB results. Provide daily and weekly reports. In particular responsible to provide reports regarding the stock of materials, the storage utilization, the Days of Inventory (DOH), protocols and press containers usage and communicate with other departments to ensure alignment Key Performance Indicators Quality: production complaints for shortages in provision and/or damaged product Cost: Materials Handling and overtime cost, operating supplies cost People: Safety, Absence, Discipline, Development Service: shift service levels / production vs plan HSE Support the contractor management process including reviewing HSE performance of major approved contractors, monitoring contractors on site, maintaining a log of risk assessments and method statements Support the HSE policy and programs as related to legal compliance Ensure all new employees and contractors receive HSE orientation Support HSE policies and programs in a fashion that is recognizable and valued by all employees Lead programs that encourage wellness and occupational health Support HSE goals and ensure processes are in place to ensure accountability and responsibility for HSE Review HSE performance with on at least a quarterly basis Qualifications People management skills More that 2 years in warehouse operations, preferably in supervisory role Warehouse WMS experience, SAP to be considered as strong asset Replenishment and stock control awareness KPI’s understanding Relationship management capabilities Communication/Cooperation skills PC Literacy Language skills: Good level of English MS office (Excel knowledge is mandatory)
