**Raw Material and Supplier Quality Coordinator - Kennesaw, GA**
This is salaried, non-exempt level position.
**Position Summary:**
The Raw Material and Supplier Quality Coordinator position is responsible for supporting the Raw Material Qualification and Supplier Approval processes for Health & Wellness sites in North America. For Raw Material Qualification, this could include requesting and maintaining current documentation from suppliers, initial review of supplier documentation, preparation of specification and material testing templates, and ERP data maintenance. For Supplier Approval, this could include the requesting and review of supplier questionnaires and food safety certificates, and ERP data maintenance for ADM Health & Wellness North America facilities.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate with Procurement/Supply Chain to ensure that raw material documentation is requested, returned, and filed appropriately for review in a timely manner
+ Create and manage a Sample Log for raw material samples undergoing qualification in NA and coordinate with internal laboratories to ensure that sample receipt, sample location, and testing ETAs are visible
+ Perform initial review of raw material documentation and document findings in RQ form
+ Ensure that requests are made for current revisions of raw material documentation on a schedule per internal SOPs and that current revisions are maintained in active subfolders with obsolete revisions being moved to a historical / obsolete subfolder
+ Assist in the generation of specification and result report templates, as needed
+ Coordinate with Procurement/Supply Chain to ensure that supplier questionnaires and food safety certificates are requested, returned, and filed appropriately for review in a timely manner
+ Maintain data relevant to process dashboards and assist in the creation and maintenance of new dashboards
+ Perform special projects and other responsibilities as needed
**Position Requirements:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Biology, or equivalent preferred.
+ Previous experience in a GMP manufacturing environment is desirable but not required
+ Must be detail-oriented and disciplined to drive and maintain documentation-related filing and expirations.
+ Requires excellent written and verbal communications.
+ Ability to work successfully in a cross functional matrix. Supply Chain, Product Development, Procurement, Quality, etc.
+ Results driven, strong work ethic.
+ Strong time management skills.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
