Raw Material Warehouse Supervisor

In this role you will be responsible for leading and supervising the raw materials warehouse team, ensuring the timely receipt, storage and dispatch of materials. Ensure inventory accuracy through strong controls and procedures. Other responsibilities include supervising label printing, participating in cycle counts and developing projects to improve warehouse efficiency. Promote a safe and efficient work environment by encouraging compliance with supply chain security, EHS policies and procedures, continuous improvement and problem solving. Collaborate on process improvement projects and implementation of new technologies.
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Analyze the progress of the daily production report, problem parts or components, resource requirements, order status, future orders and solutions.
+ Review the dispatch list for each product family daily and distribute the workload
+ Participate in the cycle counting of parts that is carried out daily, supporting those responsible for the counting in areas of opportunity.
+ Manage and approve the timecards of the employees under your charge for the correct payment of payroll.
+ Align with all procedures and policies to ensure the integrity of the supply chain.
+ Work with the quality team to ensure that products meet all quality standards.

You can effectively connect with team members, supervisors, and other departments within the organization you are also adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers. You are a proactive individual with a strong drive for continuous improvement.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Experience in team management, ability to lead and empower work teams, delegate tasks and implement effective solutions.
+ Ability to analyze inventory data and generate reports for decision making.
+ Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to warehouses.
+ Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
+ The ability to build strong relationships with your team, peers, and multi-functional teams.
+ Good written and verbal communication skills to efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams (planning, purchasing, manufacturing, cycle counting, customs).
+ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:**
+ B.S. degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
+ Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar position in a manufacturing environment.
+ Experience in implementing security controls and supervising procedures to maintain the integrity of the supply chain (CTPAT- OAS).
+ Good communication skills in English and Spanish toconnect with others within and outside the organization.
+ Problem-solving and Analytical Skillsto identify inventory discrepancies and supply chain disruptions by analyzing situations, making informed decisions, and implementing effective solutions.
+ Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles, including FIFO, cycle counting, and ABC analysis, transportation, logistics, and procurement.
+ Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle is desire).
+ Experience working in high-control environments on industrial safety and security issues.
