Job Responsibilities :The RazerStore Evangelist is the first line of engagement customers meet when they enter the store. This individual takes pride in representing Razer, finds satisfaction in helping customers with Razer products and developing a long-term relationship with the Razer brand.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Consistently create a welcoming environment for the customer by greeting and assisting; proactively answering questions based on customer cues, as well as quickly responding to their inquiries.
Knowledgeable in all merchandise categories and able to make appropriate suggestions to the customers
Ensure that all customers receive high-quality service and quality merchandise.
Demonstrate consistent behaviors of the ideal R.A.Z.E.R. experience to all customers.
Regularly communicate with the Store Manager Team to keep informed on product knowledge, USPs, and consumer benefits across all product lines.
Maintain open and flexible availability to accommodate store needs.
Ensure company standards are always met.
Assist in the maintenance of the store to ensure cleanliness and organization at all times.
Stock and organize merchandise as necessary
Assist in the execution of the product display and remerchandising as directed by the store management team
Assist in receiving regular deliveries and replenishing the sales floor in a timely manner.
Enforce all company policies and procedures, including health, safety, and security.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Previous retail or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming products.
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Salary Ranges (per annum):
