As an RBT, you’ll play a pivotal role in implementing behavior plans created by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across various environments, including homes, schools, and daycares. You’ll be directly involved in helping clients meet their goals while working within a close-knit, supportive team. This role is an ideal starting point in the ABA field, whether you’re beginning your career or advancing toward BCaBA or BCBA certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement behavior strategies under supervision and maintain effective communication with your team.
Collect and analyze data to guide data-driven decision-making.
Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality (HIPAA).
Obtain and maintain RBT registration with the BACB.
Position Highlights:

Qualifications:
