As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Responsibilities: + Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adults in their homes under the guidance of a BCBA. + Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs. + Collect and record data on client progress. + Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other professionals to ensure consistency and quality of care. + Attend regular supervision meetings and training sessions. + Maintain a positive and supportive therapeutic environment for clients.
