RC Specialist
Our client, a leading records management company, is seeking a Record Center Specialist to join their team. As a Record Center Specialist, you will be part of the Records Center team supporting the processing and maintenance of physical assets. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic computer skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **Job Title:** Record Center Specialist **Location:** Madison, WI **Pay Range:** $18.00 / hour **What's the Job?** + Retrieve containers from warehouse shelf locations. + Put up files and containers in accordance with company operating procedures. + Scan carton barcodes and locations. + Scan all incoming containers to the work order and pallet tag and notify your supervisor of any discrepancies. + Assist in loading and unloading company trucks and vans. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent. + At least one to two years of experience in a warehouse/physical atmosphere and/or service industry. + Routine lifting of 20-50 pounds (200-400 containers per day). + Overhead reaching. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work with a leading records management company. + Competitive pay rate of $18.00 / hour. + Full-time, non-exempt position with a consistent schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 4:30. + No forklift or pallet jack experience required. + Opportunity for overtime.
