Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Regional Backlog Management Execution and Drive Equipment Delivery and Sales Transfers Ensure Equipment Delivery Quality to Our Customers Coach All OM Related teams (Project Management Coordinators, Installation Specialists, Installation Leaders, Quotation and Tender specialists) in keeping them highly motivated to high performance.Ensure order entry compliance - implement Project management process to improve backlog management efficiency for customer satisfaction Define Equipment sales forecast and drive Operation Plan Ensure on time order quality and reliability Lead Equipment transfer calls and updates to HQ Drive all Equipment related inventoriesEnsure communication with customer (Internal or External), commercial and functional teams regarding equipment delivery timing and detailsDevelop high performing CCS order management team including measurement of performance against organizational objectives for quality, responsiveness, and compliance.Build partnership with other operating teams, COE’s and Shared Services, partnering to drive Order Operations excellence and improved customer experienceDrive continuous improvement on all related processes, documents and tools, to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of CCS order management practicesRequired Qualifications
This role requires advanced experience in the Sales & Client Management Support.Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree.Team PlayerLeadership & CoachingFluent in EnglishCustomer Satisfaction OrientedProblem Solving expertiseUnderstanding of Financial DataProject Management and Risk ManagementTransportation & Customs business knowledgeDesired Characteristics
