Key Responsibilities:

Develop next generation Pyralux and adhesive offering, related technologies & materials for FCCL (Flex Copper Clad Laminate).

Explore new ingredients with chemical functionality that improve product performance via understanding of customer needs & material technology.

Collaborate with copper foil suppliers to develop copper clad laminates.

Identify operational windows of new formulations for lab to scale up process.

Assists in research efforts to improve existing products or create new applications.

Provide training to technician and sales representative.

Qualifications:

PhD degree is required in Material Science/Polymer Science/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry.

Experience in patent search and patent filing is a plus

Experience in polymer synthesis is a plus.

Experience in dispersion or interface mechanics is a plus.

Ability to work and communicate effectively within the organization.

Independent researcher, as well as teamwork is required.

Fluent in English & Mandarin.

Good computer proficiency.
