We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional  to join our team in managing captive office acquisitions on lease, asset management, property divestments, land acquisitions for Data Centers and other related real estate tasks pan India. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the organization's real estate portfolio management and expansion.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and identify potential properties for captive office space acquisitions pan India, executing lease agreements, renewals etc. Research and analyze market trends, property values, and investment opportunities to support decision-making processes. Negotiate and execute lease agreements and property divestment transactions, ensuring favorable terms and conditions. Timely lease renewals and negotiation with landowner for existing properties.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and align real estate requirements with business goals. Property acquisition for development of Data Centers in line with business expansion plans. Manage due diligence activities, coordinate property inspections & site visits, and related tasks to assess the suitability of potential properties. Work with legal teams to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations throughout property transactions. Build and maintain relationships with real estate consultants with IPCs, regional property brokers, property owners, and relevant internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferably in engineering. A MBA degree is a plus. Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, lease management, negotiations, and property divestments. Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, valuation spects, and legal regulations. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, word and PowerPoint. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
