Our REACH team is looking to grow! We are searching for our next REACH Coordinator. The REACH Coordinator works with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health needs, their families/care givers, and support providers, and community partners to strengthen treatment/support efficiencies and service outcomes. The REACH Coordinator serves as a vital community education resource and coordinates admission into REACH services. Come be a part of a dynamic and energetic team!

**$2,500 Sign on Bonus**

Starting Salary: $48,208-Depending on Experience

Education/Experience Required:

Graduation from an accredited university with at least a Master's Degree in a human services related field. Two years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health. OR a Bachelor's Degree and five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral health diagnoses is required. QMHP A and/or C required.
