**Job Title: Reach Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Reach Forklift Operator at a warehouse. The role involves picking and preparing orders efficiently using carts and various material handling equipment. You will be trained to operate reach trucks and cherry pickers, which may elevate up to 50 feet. Additionally, you will be responsible for loading trucks with picked products. **Responsibilities** + Pick and prepare orders by walking through different aisles using carts. + Operate at a quick/fast pace to ensure daily order fulfillment. + Be trained to operate reach trucks and cherry pickers up to 50 feet high. + Load trucks with picked products using material handling equipment. + Utilize RF scanners and scan guns for inventory management. **Essential Skills** + Ability to operate at a fast pace. + At least 6 months of prior warehouse experience. + Willingness to be trained on reach trucks, cherry pickers, and ride-along pallet jacks. + Experience with picking, packing, and loading in a warehouse setting. **Available shift:** Night shift from 2pm to 12:30am, Sunday to Thursday. Steel-toe shoes are required, and employees can dress professionally but comfortably for a warehouse environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Entry-level candidates may be considered if they meet company standards and pace of work. + Experience with RF scanners, scan guns, and electric pallet jacks is a plus. **Work Environment** This is a 380,000 square foot distribution center with brand new equipment and racks. The work culture is fast-paced, with employees focused on their tasks and supporting one another. Loud music plays throughout the warehouse to create an energetic atmosphere. Typical shifts are 10 hours, but may extend to 12 hours when necessary. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Boylston, Massachusetts. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
