Description

Inventory Specialist:

As an Inventory Clerk, you will monitor inventory accuracy, investigate causes of inventory discrepancies, and lead physical inventory periodically reporting directly to the Inventory Control Supervisor.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reconcile inventories and coordinate inventory procedures

• Develop a program to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location

• Process proper documentation to create a prompt credit transaction

• Perform weekly cycle counts and make system adjustments

• Maintain accurate records to help facilitate shortage detection • Inspect and correct Inventory Diagnostics

• Follow health and safety policies that comply with company and OSHA regulations

• Work overtime and weekends as needed YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• 1+ Year experience with Reach and Order/Cherry Picker Forklift Trucks

• 1+ Year experience with Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)

• 2+ Years’ experience in Inventory

• Basic Math Skills

• Can Work Overtime and Weekends as Needed

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds Monday thru Thursday shift and 2nd shift 2:30p to 1am
