We are looking to hire a Reachback Senior Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team in Devens, MA. Required Qualifications: + US Citizenship + Bachelor's Degree OR at least eight years' direct relevant intelligence analyst experience. + At least eight years of analytical experience at the tactical/operational level within DoD OR equivalent Government agencies and requires former MOS 350F, 18F, 35D, 34A, 35F, 350F, 35D, 34A OR equivalent specialty codes such as USMC – 0204, 0210, 0211 Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Specialist, 0231 Intelligence Specialist, US Navy – Navy Intelligence Specialist, USAF - 1N791 Human Intelligence Specialist, 1N490 Intelligence Fusion Analyst OR other DoD joint service intelligence specialty codes, including, but not limited to, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT. + Expert knowledge in the following areas: Afghanistan/SWA regional analysis, network analysis, HUMINT analysis. + Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence-related automation to support analytical efforts and product development. + Proficient at briefing senior leadership at the O6 level. + Experience effectively mentoring junior and mid-level analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments. Preferred Qualifications: + Master's Degree + CI/HUMINT analytical experience preferred + OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience Required Security Clearance: + TS/SCI with CI Polygraph or willing to undergo CI scope polygraph Physical Requirements: + Must be able to work at a desk using computers and other typical office equipment for up to 8 hours daily.
